General Provisions

AmblyoSmart is a certified medical device (CE, MD IIa) designed as an active extension of amblyopia treatment. By using the application you agree to these terms.

Intended Use

  • Use the application exclusively in accordance with your doctor's recommendation.
  • The application is not a replacement for medical care, but a supplement to it.
  • Every session must be supervised by an informed adult.

Technical Requirements

The application requires a calibrated device with sufficient display brightness. Perform calibration according to the instructions before starting therapy.

Liability

The application operator is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the application contrary to these terms or the doctor's recommendation.

Intellectual Property

All application content (software, graphics, texts) is protected by copyright of Eyevera Digital s.r.o. and Apps Dev Team s.r.o.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of changes through the application.
